I have been going to Nail Ink for years. The best in the neighborhood owners are phenomenal. They are super friendly and really know excactly how to make the service superior. My nail techs are 100 spot on everytime, I can’t complain. By far the cleanest nail salon in town with all the most current products fresh colors and just overall an amazing atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to try make sure it’s Nail Ink.
Theres a slender light skin female receptionist, it was around 2:30, and not even half the shop was working, and my girlfriend asked for a full mani/pedi. Without even saying if she can take any info or make some sort of deal or offer, she blatantly said "...we're not taking anyone at all because Im all booked for the rest of the day. I’ve been coming here for almost a year now, and every time I come everyone is so nice and welcoming. From booking an appointment, checking in, to seeing your nail tech. They have so many talented nail tech’s, and I always walked out feeling polished. I’ve never had any complaints.
I needed a same day appointment and they were able to easily accommodate me. They were very friendly and warm. My gel manicure was quick but no corners were cut. My nails turned out very neat and clean, which is a huge win. EDIT: Came back 3mons after giving birth to my daughter as a treat to myself and had a bad experience. The lady was rude during my pedicure. She kept telling me I needed to come in more, commented on my leg hair stubble and muttered something about lasers. Staff were very nice and accommodating, Lisa was my nail tech and she did AMAZING!
