I really love how my nails turned out — the nail technicians do great work. However, I’ve noticed a clear difference in how I’m treated at the front desk compared to white customers. When I walk in, I’m met with a cold “Do you have an appointment?” while white clients are warmly greeted with “Hi! How can I help you?” On multiple visits, my payment has been placed on the counter instead of being handed to me, which I’ve observed is not how white customers are treated. Very busy so best to make an appointment. Gel manicure lasts me forever like 6 weeks, from this place! Usually grows out before chips appear.
