Consistently a GREAT experience. Very clean!! Nail artists are all friendly and caring. Make an appointment because everyone loves this place.
I previously went here and decided to give it one more try. Could have been the specific girl I was serviced by. The reason being half of my appointment was spent with a girl who kept chatting to the ones next to her. Additionally having multiple people touch your nails is confusing. How much do I tip? this place lit except that they don’t take TAP pay
I really love how my nails turned out — the nail technicians do great work. However, I’ve noticed a clear difference in how I’m treated at the front desk compared to white customers. When I walk in, I’m met with a cold “Do you have an appointment?” while white clients are warmly greeted with “Hi! How can I help you?” On multiple visits, my payment has been placed on the counter instead of being handed to me, which I’ve observed is not how white customers are treated.
