I went to get a set of acrylic nails removed and the woman took a metro card and used it to pop off my nails. No soaking, Dremeled the top off and popped them off. It was extremely painful and I PAID for it. Very disappointed.

My Mother and I went for gel pedicures on July 3rd, making appointments 4 days before. This was a very busy day for them, I imagine they took many walk ins, so even with appointments, we waited 20 minutes. My Mom went first and said she had a fantastic experience with the woman who did her pedicure (I do not have her name). Katie did my pedicure and acted as if her shift was ending in 10 minutes, but they asked her to do one more pedicure before leaving. I requested a gel x French manicure with Coco and I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. I wanted gel X because my nails have become so thin and keep breaking so having this service done helps them grow out which I’ve had done plenty of times. I got there, around 5:30, appt. At 6:15, and they took me early which was nice. I sat down explained to Coco what I wanted and she began to work. Updated review. They did fix my nails but there’s something about the polish that doesn’t seem right because this was 4 hours later. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend them. Wouldn’t not at least recommend French tip nails.
