Great experience every time for me and my daughter
I called to book an appointment just three hours before closing, and even though they had no availability for the entire week, Kim was so kind and squeezed me in within the hour because I had a last-minute trip planned. 🥹💗 It was my first time ever getting my nails done, and my first time at Nail House, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Had an appt with Goy for a gel manicure and I highly recommend. I showed her a picture that I wanted and she replicated it exactly, if not better. She was super sweet (as everyone is at the salon) and she works really quick, which I appreciate! Her attention to detail is also amazing! I’ve been having a hard time since moving up to hillsborough from North Jersey finding a really good nail tech and after she did my nails, I finally walked out so happy I found her! I just came from a pedicure today. The customer service is awesome. Honestly, Kim was super sweet. Checked me in, asked me how the service was and if I like it. The actual service and result are terrible. The nail tech nicked me twice, it burned, it still hurts. The paint job is horrible and so is the shaping. There were other reviews that said the same thing and I ignored them because of the overall score. My tech was a really sweet lady, but the result is not at all a reflection of the Google score.
