I don't know how this place has 4.7 star rating. I went to the salon a few weeks ago, and as soon as I stepped in, it smelled of nail varnish, it was terrible. I tolerated it as I needed my nails and pedicure done. The woman who did my nails hurt me at times, going too deep in doing the cuticles in my right foot. She also was scraping my nails and toes and it hurt so much I had to tell her to stop. TRIGGER WARNING GRAPHIC!! Poorly done mani left my toe infected and puss filled. Below is the progression is August 13th, 2025 to present day. Nippers were used improperly resulting in deep cuts and scrapes underneath the nail.I knew something was off because my big toe was in pain after the service. The guy who did my pedicure did a really bad job. To me, he did my feet really fast so that he can pick up more customers. He did it sloppily, the paint job wasn't nice, and the cuticle was still intact. Why would this salon hire someone like that? I don't want this guy to do my pedicure anymore. For 30 minutes of pedicure, $35 is not worth it. For this reason, I'm rating this one star.
Honestly i love the man that sits in the front. he’s patient and he understands when you don’t like a color. He repainted over my dip powder set with gel color bc i hated it…Bc of his patience; i found the dream color pink i’ve always wanted 💕
