i went to get my nails done at this salon, and they had given me a gel set sample. i went ahead and picked a color but they then said they didn't have that color and to choose another one. i did, ended up being a terrible choice as not 3 days later, the polish came right off... spent $65 for cheap quality polish and poor and very little selection. the salon was also dirty, walked in and there was already trash on the first table, dust everywhere and was absolutely horrendous and disgusting. trash and tissue everywhere, just ... read more
Listen, ladies, especially Black women, I am addressing Black women because the 3 or 4 times I visited, I only saw Black women. If you want a hack job on your nails and fingers, then this is the place for you. Listen carefully, if you want your nails to be ruined, then this is the place for you. About to lose my nail.
I don't know how this place has 4.7 star rating. I went to the salon a few weeks ago, and as soon as I stepped in, it smelled of nail varnish, it was terrible. I tolerated it as I needed my nails and pedicure done. The woman who did my nails hurt me at times, going too deep in doing the cuticles in my right foot. She also was scraping my nails and toes and it hurt so much I had to tell her to stop. TRIGGER WARNING GRAPHIC!! Poorly done mani left my toe infected and puss filled. Below is the progression is August 13th, 2025 to present day. Nippers were used improperly resulting in deep cuts and scrapes underneath the nail.I knew something was off because my big toe was in pain after the service.
