I had an excellent experience at the Nail Haven Wax Bar. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The salon has a warm, relaxing atmosphere that made the entire visit enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and very happy with both my pedicure and my nail colour. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!
Went in for a lash tint and lift. Ended up getting eye lash tint and not a lift as I kept moving my eyes to much. The owner and lash tech were very professional! They explained why they couldn’t do the lash lift as they were nervous with all my eye moving that the product would get into my eyes causing irritation. They really care for their clients as other places might have just went through with the service for the money. I did end up also getting eye brows threaded and tinted. My daughter hooked me on to the lovely nail spa and every time I am in town I make sure to book in.
Awful experience. I did not receive the services I had booked, they tinted my eyebrows without asking. And I was left with a chemical burn on my eye lid after an attempted lash lift. Do not recommend!
