I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I visited this salon expecting a relaxing, quality service for the price point, but unfortunately, that’s not what I received. When booking, I made it clear that I am a seasoned woman who values attention to detail. The staff was polite, but my service fell short. This was my first time at Nail Haven and I will keep coming back. The salon was really clean and the receptionist was really sweet. My nail tech Parissa is really talented. I loved how she made sure everything was to my liking.

I gave this salon multiple chances, but the service quality and customer experience have been consistently disappointing. Misleading advertising: Their sign says “walk-ins welcome,” yet I was turned away midday and told no one was available for the rest of the day. If you rarely accept walk-ins or have a staffing shortage the sign should be removed. Poor communication: Pricing was unclear in my opinion and it made for a complicated booking experience. SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. front desk was super nice and helpful and my tech lynsey was such a sweetheart we talked and laughed the whole entire time and she did an INCREDIBLE job. 10’s across the board.
