I stopped by Nail Haven today around 11:40 a.m. as a walk-in, hoping to get a pedicure. The salon was very quiet, with only a few customers being serviced, so it appeared to have availability. I also wanted to support the business because it's Black-owned. Unfortunately, I was told there were no openings for the rest of the day, so I wasn't able to receive service. While I understand appointments may have been fully booked, it was disappointing given how empty the salon appeared. Off to the others...
This was my second time there. I did have an appointment. I was warned that my nail tech was running a little late as she was still working on her other customer. Not sure what happened but waited 40 minutes to be seen.. Finally rescheduled and left
