This place is trash. I booked an appt, tried to cancel due to a family emergency, and they charged me. I came back to ask if I could get the service since I was already charged and the owner looked at me and said condescendingly "everyone books apptments we cant give you an appointment if you havent booked" i asked just to use the $30 charge towards a future service and she said "NO." I was working in the area. I needed my nails done quickly, so I called to ask to see if they have any availability. A woman answered and told me that it’s OK to come in Around 2 o’clock when I arrived, I was told to sit at viet’s(nail tech) table. (I asked his name)From the very beginning, he seemed to be frustrated and was being rough with my nails. I guess they gave seasonal staff that come around in the summer because my pedicure experience with one of the young staff I think it’s the owners son wasn’t the best also there pedicure stations are dirty they are also very pricey for a place charging so high they should have new sterile instruments for each costumer

Great attention to detail. William does some wonderful creative work. I had some beautiful cat-eye nails done by him. Mimi also does excellent pedicures and Gel Manicures.
