Didn’t like the service. My gel manicure only lasted 2 days. They sold me rubber base coat that keeps the polish longer. If was a lie. They charged me extra and it messed up all my nails. they sold me one and I told them it doesn’t work. They wouldn’t take it back. Unbelievable. Worse customer service. Made an appointment then sat there for 20 minutes and they kept saying it wouldn’t be long and then finally I’m like how long & nail tech says to customer “her appointment isn’t for an hour.” Like im not there and I said, no it was 20 minutes ago & she is so rude & said if you can wait it will be 5 minutes maybe. SO RUDE THAT NAIL TECH AND THAT PLACE IS FILTHY NASTY.

Paint job was fine, but one of the most brutal manicures my partner and I have experienced. We both left with cuts and sores on our fingers. My partner got cut so bad he was bleeding through band aids for hours. We were the only customers in there and the whole time all of the employees were just gossiping with each other. Super weird experience

My daughter had her nails done literally yesterday, already 3 nails peeled off. She loved the design but she was so disappointed when it peeled off.
