I had one of the most disappointing pedicure experiences I’ve ever had here. I was seated at 3:00 PM and the service was completely finished by 3:10 PM. A 10-minute pedicure is unacceptable—especially when key parts of basic nail care were skipped. There was no proper cleaning under the nails, no cuticle care, no trimming along the sides to prevent ingrown nails, and the massage lasted barely a few minutes. They are friendly. And Kelly is amazing at doing nails. They have beautiful and new colors and everyone is nice.
