Poor service, poor hygiene, slow service, and inconsistent pricing (whatever they call is the price). Staffs talk badly about the customer who just left. They don't accept cards, only Zelle, Venmo, or cash. The technician was unskilled.

The shop is beautiful and the service was fast but I Spent $70 on a full set just for 2 nails to completely lift off after not even a full 2 weeks. I use to come here a couple years ago and my nails would last almost a whole month before even needing a fill in. Some nails need one some don’t.. $70 plus tip wasted it’s disappointing that the quality of this place isn’t the same

They do a good job but most of their employees attitude when you give feedback or tell them to touch up is baad, they are unprofessional and one of them charges mandatory 18% tip which is baffling to me. The customer service is not worth the price ure paying . They feel like they can do whatever to you even if u dont like it, but remember customer is in charge :)

I don’t usually write reviews, but after giving this salon multiple chances, I feel I need to warn others. I kept going back because I wanted to be fair, but each time I left disappointed or disrespected. My first visit with Coco was awful — she squeezed my fingers, hit my hand, and was very rude when I explained I had a history of nail fungus.
