This place is unclean and unprofessional. I personally witnessed tools being reused on multiple customers with only alcohol sprayed and quickly wiped off before being used again. This does not meet proper sanitation standards and raises serious health concerns. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves their hygiene practices.

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this nail salon due to poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. My appointment was scheduled today at 5:15 PM. I arrived on time, but instead of being seen, I was told that they had called me and that I would need to wait until 6:00 PM. (I was at work and she didn’t leave any message) I had cleared my schedule, drove there, and showed up on time and I was being asked to wait an additional 45 minutes because of their issue is unacceptable( which looked like double booking) . ... read more

My mom has been coming here for years and always leaves 100% satisfied with her Japanese gel nails. She loves the variety of color, sparkles, and designs. My chrome gel set is absolutely beautiful. Suki is amazing!!

Dont get me wrong, I loved the way they did my nails, but they just weren’t durable :( they didn’t even last me a whole week, cost $130, and I got them done on Monday, it’s barely Thursday and one of the broke…. I’m going back to fix it but only because I got them done for my cousins wedding …. 12/21/2025 It’s still been less than a week and another nail broke already :l

Poor service, poor hygiene, slow service, and inconsistent pricing (whatever they call is the price). Staffs talk badly about the customer who just left. They don't accept cards, only Zelle, Venmo, or cash. The technician was unskilled.
