I have been trying to call for almost 2 weeks. Why is there no answer to the phone? I had an issue with my mani and pedi experience while there and within the first week my set was already lifting and in less than 2 weeks i am now already missing 3 nails… when i came in i was told i was lucky i got taken due to a cancel because usually you guys only take appointments.. now i have been calling to try to have these nails fixed and no answer.. If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. So unprofessional and unorganized! Even for new customers I would not recommend anyone coming to this location. Save your time and your money! The lack of customer service is alarming and so unprofessional. Not only was I not attended to I left without getting anything done when the place was empty! This message is for the owner hire better people and be productive.

They raised price over all. I had. Regular Pedicure form Spanish lady who was kind n did ok job, but didnt do gel color manicure cause another lady couldnt even pick up color i wanted. N now gel manicure is $40 … if they raised price, hope they do better job as well but it doesnt seem to.
