I’ve been going to Maily for over 2 years now, and she is truly amazing! She’s so lovely to be around and genuinely cares about her clients — she always makes you feel comfortable and treats you like family. I made an appointment with a certain nail tech about a month ago, but only found out a few days before my appointment that she wasn't available on the day I was going in. This was the only day I was available before a vacation so I asked to be booked with whoever was available. I went in for my appointment and let the nail tech know that I wanted to keep the shape + length of my current nails (wanted it as long as possible) but she continued to file them shorter. Please tell me how a nail technician can let me leave with nails that are THIS uneven. I tried to get her to fix it and she genuinely could not see where the issue was and I just got so fed up and said I’d file my own nails at home. I keep looking at my nails and I’m so annoyed. I’m not going back.
