Poor customer service. They promised me when i sign up that i can get my birthday reqard in october as my bday is in October i went on 10th October and they denied me bday reqard. Plus these guys behave like they cant speak or understand english But they understand everything. Pathetic behaviour. Not gonna go there ever again
I chose this salon to get my nails done, and since my sister was visiting me in Canada, I took her with me as well. I got gel polish, while my sister got acrylic nails. Unfortunately, the results were a huge disappointment for both of us. The quality of the work was so poor that my sister’s nails started falling off within just three days. Very disappointing experience. I got acrylic gel nails here, and after only 3 days, one of my nails completely fell off while another one was already loose and not properly done. I went back to the salon expecting them to fix the problem, but they refused to take responsibility for the poor quality. Even after explaining the situation and asking them to redo the nails, they wanted to charge me the full price again. The way they handled the situation was also very rude and unprofessional.
