Michelle is always extremely accommodating and thoughtful about what she is doing. I struggle frequently with which color to use and she is always patient. I am also very particular about the shape of my nails and she actually listens to what I have to say and does what I say. That is definitely not always the case and I don’t feel uncomfortable telling her exactly what I need. Aside from all of this the prices are excellent and she does my bikini wax as well. Fantastic! Originally I was very satisfied with how the nail salon was able to fit me in and do my nails. I asked for a nail dip with tip extension. This process not only ended up taking 2 plus hours but did not last more than 2 days without chipping. The nails started to seperate and have air bubbles within the nails within a few days. They were also $92 (before tip) and this service normally costs me $45-$60.

I can't say enough good things about Nail Gallery! From the moment I walked in, the owner Michelle is always so welcoming, warm and friendly, she really makes every client feel special. The salon is spotless, relaxing, and they really take their time to make sure everything is perfect.
