Okay, I’m an honest reviewer and a lot of these reviews are very petty and probably coming from people who have had a chip on their shoulder before even coming in here. Today was my second time coming and I had the absolute best time with Teracita! I got a Gel X manicure. Trust me when I say my nails were a train wreck before she glamorized them ( I bite and pick.) Worse pedicure ever.
Amazing service and amazing results is all I have to say.
They rescheduled with me. I showed up in person and tried to confirm verbally what day my appointment was and I got an "OK." Due to a miscommunication, I did not show up because I thought it was today, but it was yesterday. Fine. Someone called to debate with me about how much I owed for the miscommunication and they argued with me and wouldn't tell me how much money I owed them. I am not going to schedule again.
