I've been seeing Catherine at Nail Flare for almost a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! She, along with all the other girls in the salon, does incredible work. I can go four weeks between visits without so much as a chip, which is really impressive because I am HARD on them. She also does some incredible art! It takes some serious skill to do what she does on such a small canvas. Plus, coming to see her is like visiting with a good friend! She is so fun and personable! Caution consumers! The salon has no one to work their front desk, so trying to get in touch with the salon is very challenging. I received no email confirm or text to confirm my apt, I called and texted for an hour trying to confirm when my apt was, I thought it was an afternoon apt at 4 and texted them to confirm. They responded to my text 30 mins later saying the apt started 10 mins ago. I asked if I could still come, they said they would only be able to take one of us, it was meant to be a girls day. The ladies were wonderful and did a nice job, but the chairs at the pedicure station were just living room side chairs, and not comfortable, adjustable, massage chairs like every other salon I have ever gone to. The foot soak bucket was a super cute galvanized bucket, but it lacked the jets that other shops use. It was like they put ambience ahead of customer comfort. Oh… my… word. I’ve NEVER had a pedicure that changed my feet so much. I got the specialty pedicure, I have had gross feet for years. My skin is abnormally thick and peels, it’s horrible. Laura made my feet look and feel beautiful. I almost cried, yes I almost cried, my feet were that bad and are now that good. I’m a forever client.
