I've been waiting for two hours now for a pedicure and still have not been called back. This is not my regular place but I came with a friend. Very disappointed.
Made an appointment for my mother and I 3 weeks ago and left after an hour we were still soaking our feet...requested two gift certificates for another time and they granted them to us. Was disappointed because the owner didn't want to issue the paper gift certificates and asked me to trust they would make up for it next time! I only come to visit my mother every 6 weeks or so and a pedicure is one of our highlights! a generous tip is always added when my sister and mother have an appointment. I've had 2 pedicures in 14 months at this salon with the same employee. Each time within 2 months I suffered a severe ingrown toenail on a large toe. The first resulted in the toenail being removed. I just now realized the connection as I sit in pain waiting for a Dr 's appointment in the morning. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone.
