Absolute trash! I should have known when I walked in to hardly any customers. The man that serviced me was not nice or attentive; consequently I was knicked twice during a simple shellac take off. Finally, I was charged $23 when the menu on the wall indicated that shellac color was only $18 and the website indicated that shellac color was $20. Absolute waste of Time and MONEY. horrible customer service, cheap quality and poor technique. I NEVER go near this place again. My acrylics started lifting off of my nails the very next day. The employees here could care less about how they treat you or service you. worst place ever. If it were possible to give this rating no stars I would!!!!
This place is terrible. The employees do not care about the customers. The quality of the products are horrible, poor quality. I had got a french manicure and the next day my acrylics were lifting!
Sitting in the chair now and there is mold bits floating in the foot bath....super gross do not come here
very friendly staff. they actually use a sterilizer for their instruments. I have always been pleased with my service and with their work and will continue to be a patron :-)

This Place SUCKS do not go here. I noticed there was never any cars in their lot so i should have known better. The place i usually go to was full so i decided to give them a chance. BIG MISTAKE!! the lady screwed up my nails and the next day they were chipped and the acrylic was to thin. I called and went back in the next day and was told it was my fault. VERY RUDE. Worst experience ever, I always go to royal nails, due to it being past their working hours I decided to take my business here since their open later. Crooked uneven acrylics, old polish that was applied terribly and the one woman yelled at me for questioning the 2 dollar cut down WITH the service!!!!! Never go here!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! MY 9 YEAR OLD NEICE PAINTS MY NAILS BETTER. THE WORKERS ARE RUDE AND HORRIBLE AT THEIR JOB. I ASKED FOR A MANICURE AND THEY BARLEY FILED MY NAILS (CROOKED I MIGHT ADD) THEN PROCEEDED WITH THE POLISH THAT WASN'T EVEN APPLIED EVEN..... THATS A POLISH CHANGE NOT A MANICURE. IM DISGUSTED I GAVE THAT COMPANY MY HARD EARNED CASH.
