Full Set of Nails Popped Off in 6 Day's!!! I had acrylic nails put on on a Monday and by the following Sunday they all popped off! The acrylic was lifting around the edges of my nailbeds by the 3rd day . I called the salon and explained to the guy and all he could do was offer me 1/2 off to have them done again! NO THANKS!!!!! Nice way to treat your customers...STAY AWAY unless you want to get a crapy job done and waste your money!
Nice Place! Nice place, they give out little bottles of water while you have your service done! The owners are always accomodating and very nice. Awesome!
Cheap acrylic don't go here! I had my nails done two days before my wedding. The owner was very nice. But 24 hrs after having my nails done it looked like acrylic was coming off around cuticle. Day after my wedding the acrylic nails were so lose I just peeled them off without having to soaking my nails in acetone. Cheap acrylic! Like I said people were nice but not worth it.
Wonderful customer service This place is a top notch nail salon. The owners are very good about keeping their customers happy. Their work is very good both for hands and feet. I am a repeat customer for that reason. I highly recommend this salon.
Negative star rating- terrible!!!!! I had acrylic nails put on over a month ago and needed them to be removed. I decided to go to Nail First to have them removed. Normally when acrylic nails are removed they are soaked in a chemical to help them dissolve and loosen the nail up. When I went to Nail First they did not soak them but instead used a fake nail to start prying the acrylic part off from the real nail.
