Reply- I did not just leave. They asked me if I could come back. I said no, I will just go somewhere else, and the guy said “ok. Sorry about that.” No “explanation” was about to be given. Been going here for MANY years! Won’t be back! Came in just for a pedicure. There were 3 people in the chairs and 1 of them was putting her shoes on and she was getting up. Inexperienced , not using clean tools, used cuticle clippers instead of nail clippers cracked toenail first clip! Manicure was brutal an hour and a half and several cuts & overfile , nail hanging out and nothing is the same shape ! Chunks of SNS left under and around nails, see photos! Do not recommend ! Not using sanitary tools and very inexperienced staff! This was the manicure/pedicure was time stamped 30 minutes after appointment !
