I am not very impressed. It took over an hour for my nail tech to just remove the dip color that I had on my nails. While she was very kind (that is the only reason I am giving one star) the other workers were not very professional and the store was very dirty and cluttered. I will not be returning. Pictured below is what I left the store with. You can still see the tips that I had on previously. I was still charged $30 dollars for them to take an hour to remove what I had on.

I went to get my nails soaked off. He didn’t file or soak the polygel long enough, even though I wasn’t in any rush. Then started tearing off the gel and damaged my nails. I asked him to stop tearing the gel off. He kept saying it’s ok and that he would file them smooth. Great so damage my nail and then file them brittle thin. After he kept tearing the gel off and ripping my nail.
