I wanted an acrylic full set. I didn't have an appointment. A few people not working, sitting on the phone, scrolling. I told the owner what I wanted and all he did was repeat what I said and went back to his customer. He didn't tell me a wait time. Didn't tell me anything. Just ignored me. So I sat down for 20 minutes and was never asked to come to a chair.
Phan, Nina & Kim are great! New facility, clean and professional.. Excellent place to come locally ! Love the place and atmosphere! Great manicures, pedicures, waxes and lashes! Reasonable too! Open 6 days a week from 930-7pm!
Excellent customer service and professionalism. All the staff are very welcoming. I have been a customer for 20 yrs.
