Ms. Kim and her team do a phenomenal job everytime
Terrible customer service. I had a very disappointing experience. The staff spoke negatively about me in a language I couldn’t understand, but the tone and energy were clearly unwelcoming. When I politely asked the nail tech to finish removing my previous gel polish before applying a new color, she refused and walked away. She was about to start painting over the old gel, which is completely unprofessional. The manicure was very basic no cuticle oil, no proper prep, just water and rushed steps.
