I went in for an acrylic full set and asked for the nail bed to look natural—not thick or wide. Instead, the tips were trimmed extremely narrow in a V-shape, and once the acrylic was applied, they looked very unnatural. I also had to ask for the nails to be even because the ones on my right hand were noticeably longer. The service here is exceptional! I travel out of my way to get here because they do a great job in half the time as the place I was going to for many years!
I had to give 1 star to be able to post this .I was a regular customer for many years and really never had a problem until the one time I had a complaint after my dip nails All Broke… the guy that runs the place was removing my dip polish and blaming me for not telling the nail tech that I needed 3 coats… that wasn’t even the issue and I shouldn’t have to tell his technician What to do. My first pedicure ever . It felt rushed and she was very rough in doing it
Again, I come to this place, giving it the benefit of the doubt and again they disappoint me got my nails done by the guy with the glasses who runs the shop every time I go to this man and he messes up my nails! Why do I let him do my nails who knows but I just got my nails done not even a couple hours ago and one breaks off!!!
