I really wanted to like this place because it looks clean and well-maintained, but the customer service was disappointing from start to finish. I went with my mother-in-law a few months ago, and when we arrived, no one greeted us even though staff were available. We stood at the entrance for a few minutes before I finally approached this guy for help. No one told us where to hang our coats, and the only instruction we received was to "pick your color."
