First time at Nail Factory and possibly the best nail appointment I’ve ever had—Lin is amazing. She was done in under an hour and so careful. I got builder gel and my nails look completely natural: smooth, glossy, and perfectly shaped. No bulk, just effortless elegance. I’m obsessed.
I have been going to the nail factory for almost 7 years, and I can’t and won’t go anywhere else. Even after moving out of the area last year, I now drive an hour to see them.. as their service, products, technical abilities and skill are simply unmatched. Unacceptable 32$ later and looks like the work of a toddler. This is 48 hours AFTER!!!!!!! I was told this would last 3 weeks and was charged 10$ extra for this “special formula”

The Nail Factory is consistently consistent. Amber and her team are masters at their craft. They are up on the latest trend and have yet to disappoint! I often show up with pictures of a new “art” I’d like to try. Not only do their nail the artwork, they’ve even mixed and matched colored to get the “art” just so.
