Looking for the best nail salon in the Westport area? I’ve lived in Westport for 24 years and have tried many, many nail salons. Some have been good and some just OK. I’ve finally found one that is top shelf in all respects: The Nail Factory in the CVS Plaza. The staff is beyond lovely, the environment calming, and the owner, Amber, responsive to every request. Absolutely the BEST nail salon at Westport! I wish I could give it more than five stars. After years of hopping around, I’ve finally found the perfect place. Lois did an amazing job on my nails, paying attention to every detail and ensuring they were flawless. Amber, the owner, is so friendly and clearly puts a lot of thought and care into the space. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!
