This review is long overdue! I've been going to Nail Factory in Westport since 2021, and it’s been an amazing experience from the start. Struggled to find a great salon after moving away from NYC. Thankfully, I found Nail Factory! Angela and Luis both do a great dip manicure and a chair massage with Leo is a must every time. The services are well-priced, the salon is clean, and the staff are always friendly. Highly recommend!
