Unacceptable 32$ later and looks like the work of a toddler. This is 48 hours AFTER!!!!!!! I was told this would last 3 weeks and was charged 10$ extra for this “special formula”

The Nail Factory is consistently consistent. Amber and her team are masters at their craft. They are up on the latest trend and have yet to disappoint! I often show up with pictures of a new “art” I’d like to try. Not only do their nail the artwork, they’ve even mixed and matched colored to get the “art” just so. Great service and they do such a good job with nails and eyebrows. If you are looking for a place that does designs on nails this is a great place to go!
Absolutely the best nail salon I’ve been to. Not only is the staff amazingly talented in what they do, they are really nice people! The nail art they do is truly magnificent. And Amber is one of the hardest working small business owners out there!! As a fellow small business owner I am inspired by her.
