They burned off my nails with hot alcohol, after I said it was hurting made me continue. I asked them not to remove my tips and they ripped them off, they also refused to do my shape unless I added tips even though they ripped off my tips prior. Gaslighted me into thinking the color I chose from their pre selection menu didn't exist, but it was there and I had to point it to them multiple times, just to find out the color was missing, I then asked for white nails, but they insisted on a color that was "close enough" in their... read more
