Don't come here if you want your nails of your choosing. I came to get a fill after tech cut down my nails she filled 1 extra thick. I asked her if she could make them thin. That's when a problem occurred. She instantly said, "NO". Huh? I've never had a tech say no to thin nails??? Anywho she refused to do them thin and repeated saying she cannot because of my nail? WTH. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I had the lady at the very front and she rushed so bad I didn’t even have time to focus on what she was doing I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did total opposite. These are my real nails they were way longer I asked for them to be shortened a little and I asked for a different shape skinny tips I got this I had bubbles all in my nails she cut me and my nails looked horrible I told her they did to just take them off the shellac, so she did and insisted on painting the... read more
I had a guy named tin! He was so sweet! I’m hard of hearing so I struggled to understand him, especially with the mask on, he was so patient with me even having to repeat himself, but he typed it down on his phone, he was patient, kind and definitely great customer service! This is my first time getting acrylic, absolutely loved it! He was careful and made sure I loved it!
Very disappointed in this salon usually does pretty good, this time all was rushed, now I have to keep an eye on the toes, she did hurt me a couple of times and made me bleed, also with the wax for the feet and the stones they were so hot, I had to tell her she needed to cool them a bit more the same with the nails skipping steps in the middle of doing the nails I asked to have them trimmed down and she cut them and they were still a little long then she just went and snipped them and I told her she cut them to short she sai... read more
