The best nail salon around! I have been getting my nails done since I was 13 years old and I am currently 40 years old right now. ( That's a long time!!!) So needless to say, I have been to many many nail salons in my time. I also am pretty picky and I leave this nail salon very happy with my nails. The best nail artists in the capital district by far. All the ladies are so welcoming and talented. I drive 30 min and would drive more for these ladies! I look forward to nail day every month!
I had a decent experience with one nail tech. I even texted her afterwards to thank her. I booked two more appointments online for the future and without contacting me they were switched me to a different person. I went into Vagaro, fixed the appointments and then received a message that the appointments were denied and they aren't taking new clients but I wasn't new! Owner does great work and is a very talented tech. However, she lacks serious professionalism and communication skills with her clients. Super nice until she decides she doesn’t like you for some reason (despite a seemingly positive relationship) and then blocks you. Come to find out, I guess she does this to a lot of people. Very unfortunate because she has lots of skill, but the attitude ruins it!
Maria gave me the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! She was so kind and thorough. I booked the Ultimate Pedicure and wow— there are no words to express how absolutely LOVELY the paraffin wax treatment was. I highly recommend this service! I got a cat eye gel manicure— the color choices here were just gorgeous, nice fine glitter that catches the eye without being too flashy. I keep getting hypnotized by my own nails.
