On today Tuesday November 11, 2025, I visited here for a nail service performed by technician-owner Nghia T. Bui. During the service, the technician cut the skin around my cuticles, causing bleeding. I had to ask him to stop and clean the area, as it was painful and unsanitary. I am concerned about the hygiene practices and safety standards at this salon, as the incident posed a risk of infection and did not appear to follow proper sanitation protocols. Bad Business!!!!! I felt as if the wife "old lady" nail tech don't wanna do young black ppl and husband old too telling misleading info. Came in via called just for EYEBROWS only and couldn't get done she "so busy" come back still can't be seen book appt same thing. Hired more techs or close down🤷🏼♀️
If you are looking anything fancy or super stylish this isn't the place. They do your basic classic nails and at a decent price in my opinion, which is my preference and why I come here. I typically don't feel disappointed when I leave here.
When i first went to the nail salon , i showed him a picture that i wanted my nails to look like he proceeded to tell me he doesn’t have the pink gel that goes under the French tip but he had another pink that will look the same , i asked for a specific French tip style and he said he couldn’t do that either. So i settled! I left the nail shop and that same night my nails were chipped. I was out of town so i couldn’t come and get it fixed right away.
