On today Tuesday November 11, 2025, I visited here for a nail service performed by technician-owner Nghia T. Bui. During the service, the technician cut the skin around my cuticles, causing bleeding. I had to ask him to stop and clean the area, as it was painful and unsanitary. Bad Business!!!!! I felt as if the wife "old lady" nail tech don't wanna do young black ppl and husband old too telling misleading info. Came in via called just for EYEBROWS only and couldn't get done she "so busy" come back still can't be seen book appt same thing. Hired more techs or close down🤷🏼♀️
If you are looking anything fancy or super stylish this isn't the place. They do your basic classic nails and at a decent price in my opinion, which is my preference and why I come here. I typically don't feel disappointed when I leave here.
