Zero empathy and zero customer service. They will charge your credit card you have on file with them for the full amount of a service if you come in sick or cancel because you are sick. They will do this even if they fill your spot with someone else. They won’t even work with you to resolve the concerns. This is caring more about money than customer service.
RecommendedI got my nails done last Wednesday and usually they would be trashed by now but they are still in tact!!!! They have survived a wedding, housework, yard work, and barn chores!! My pedi is holding up great as well and so are my girls mani pedi’s. We will definitely be back!!!!

I had a great experience while I was there today. Cindy was amazing, patient and very good at explaining what she was doing as well as using and why. The conversation was great and helped with the relaxing aspect of getting my acrylics filled. the nail art was a great bonus as well.
Yesterday was my second time getting my nails done and second time at this salon. I even dragged my friend in when we went to midnight maddness lastnight and she liked it! I'll definitely be a regular customer!

People always ask “where do you get your nails done, they always look so amazing”. I tell them “Nail Essentials in Hartford!” To which I get a look of 😳. I drive 45 minutes each way to get my nails done and have for almost 3 years!! Michelle is the best !! I will never go anywhere else. I never need a repair, they always last, and they always look amazing.
