I normally loved going here but the last time I went the lady got mad because I asked for a fresh set an she had to soak my old ones off an she was mad about that. Then kept rolling her eyes then when she finally did my nails. She didnt do the color I asked. An some of my nails were not straight. An she didnt paint the sides. I wont go there again.

Appointment made and after waiting for 45 min left, this was the 2nd month in a row to gave an appointment and was put off for someone else in my spot! The technician is really good but this is a treat that has turned to a trick and not worth the wait.

I had been to this salon twice with good results but this last time was a disaster. Firstly, the tech that I scheduled with “forgot” my appointment and didn’t show up until 45 minutes after the scheduled time (isn’t that what calendars are for?). Secondly, the owner, who was quite unfriendly, decided to do my pedicure herself about a half hour after the tech didn’t show. The owner proceeded to cut the cuticle too close on either side of my big toe and made it bleed. She never apologized, she just sprayed it with alcohol. Las... read more

Sadly, I submit this review. I’ve thought about whether I want to post this negative review for a couple of weeks. Firstly, the tech that I scheduled with forgot my appointment and didn’t show up until 45 minutes after the scheduled time. Secondly, the owner, who was quite unfriendly, decided to do my appointment after the tech didn’t show up. She proceeded to cut the cuticle too close on both sides of my big toe.
