REVISED: after going to them for 2 years, I missed an appointment because a friend of mine died and I forgot about it but I called them right about the time I should have been there. Well they freaked out, whoever I was talking to on the phone, and they told me I had to pay a deposit before they would let me make an appointment and it wouldn't even be going toward my next nails. Have been going here since I was a teen. Tried other places and was always disappointed. The people here are friendly and do a good job. Definitely recommend.
