Wrong color applied, staff was on their phone throughout ped, tried applying gel when I wanted regular despite the reservation and my request otherwise.

I went in today for a standard mani-pedi, and came out with with a beautiful French gel treatment. my first! Kelly was so meticulous, making sure everything looked just right. She took extra care and time, which I totally appreciate. Thank you!
Kelly did a great job and surprised me with 4th of July nails that are so fun! Wasn’t planning on a manicure when I went in but glad she offered with my pedicure.
