REVIEW FOR NAIL DESIGN 2 came in on last friday the 10th of april for an in fill with a friend. first of all they practically forced my friend to get a soak of and then a full set on top of it. they didnt even properly soak it off just popped of the nails. secondly, we were both up charged. outside there shop they have a sign 45 dollars for a infill. my friend just got a plain colour so was expected to pay 45, but since she was practically forced into getting a fullset it should he 55 yeah? no. she was charged $75 so they ch... read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Never again ! Horrible nails! The old woman with the bob is really not good !!! I asked normal brown nails, nothing hard !! There was only me and I was fighting for her to just make my nail correctly!
I don’t understand why people at this place always seem to be in a bad mood and do nails with no care or patience. This keeps happening to me. Today one of the girls hurt my finger, didn’t even apologize, and was extremely rude to me. I even had to ask her to stop and request someone else to continue. If this continues, they will lose all their customers. The service is not bad, but the girls are always in very bad mood, no even say Hi.
Should’ve checked their Google review before going. I wanted a simple design with polka dots (reference picture below). She added dots that didn’t even align and all different sizes. When I politely told her about it, she passed me her tool to do it. I was dumbfounded honestly. If I could do it myself, would I have come for your service? She wasn’t even apologetic. Fix your attitude and get trained again if polka dots are difficult for you. Go to Delux Nails & Spa instead Did perfect polka dots for me within 5 minutes.
