My first and my last time here. I would give this place zero star if I can. This place is super money hungry and over charging customers. Showed up, someone else did my nails not Yuka herself. I showed Yuka a picture (extension and 1 color), she quoted me $70. Despite from the point of booking to the point I get my nails done, I told Yuka and the person who did my nails I just want 1 color gel and don’t want to spend starting $200 even for the simplest design. Very bad experience once there was a misunderstanding. I wasn’t provided many options basically just referred to the policy that I would be charged $100 if I don’t go through with the manicure. This is despite having booked last minute. They just care about money and not the client experience or loyalty.
Yuka runs a small nail salon with one other employee. They both use a different technique and materials than traditional nail salons, called Japanese gel. They are much better quality. Basically think healthy and unbreakable nails. Also Yuka has an assortment of natural and trendy colors, Japanese style charms and special effects you can’t find anywhere else in the South Bay.
