I recently moved to the area and decided to try this salon a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. During my service, the staff openly gossiped about customers in another language, assuming I wouldn't understand. When I revealed at the end that I am actually Vietnamese, the technician was visibly shocked. Beyond the unprofessional atmosphere, the nail quality was poor and chipped quickly. With so many other great options nearby, I won’t be returning.
I'm so happy with my nails that I got done here. Kim is the tech who helped me. She is fantastic and very attentive and detail oriented. She is super friendly and made the whole process very calm and relaxing for me. I would recommend this place every time you need your nails done .
