I walked in without an appointment yesterday. I only get a professional manicure once or twice a year and when I do, I skip the nail polish. I just get my nails clipped short, shaped, and my cuticles very lightly and gently cleaned up. The place was clean and Jazlyn did i nice job. However, I just realized that website published rate for a manicure is $18 but I got charged for $24. My fault for not verifying the cost before I got the service.

Very disappointing service. Nail artist Lucy was rude and seemed to be in a major rush. Didn’t clean my nails, didn’t line them up to make sure there were all the same length. Nails looked thick and stubby. I asked her a question about why one nail was crooked and she blatantly ignored me. When I said “hello” only then did she mumble “I’ll fix it.” Rushed and rude service. Very mediocre nails. Won’t be coming back

I went to Nail Designs for the first time ever this week, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. I got builder gel with nail extensions with a color on top, and a gel nail pedicure and it came out great! They paid great attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the shape and color before finishing. I would definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been going to Kim for over a year, and she’s always very good and attentive! She pays attention to small details and works at a good pace. The other nail techs are skilled, friendly, and helpful. The salon is always clean. Prices are reasonable, and the overall experience is consistently great. Highly recommend!
