I would give this place 0 stars if possible. What horrible customer service. If you don't enjoy your job find another one. Nail tech was on her phone the ENTIRE time. Took my 3 year old for her first mani/pedi before a trip. We both got gel nails....... Which didn't even last 3 days. And was $150!!!!!!! I have never been to a nail shop so terrible. And to top it off I let her wax my eyebrows.... What a HORRIBLE decision one was so thin and one was thick and crooked. Thank God I was able to fill them in enough to where I didn... read more

Horrible customer service. Nail salon was dirty. My nail tech was on her cell phone talking to a friend in a foreign language for the whole 45 mins I was there. She only asked what color tips I wanted in english. My nail look horrible, they are uneven and arent even the colors I asked for. Also the tech quoted me a price of $25 for a full set but charged me $40 because she didnt give me what I asked for because she was side tracked on her cell phone. I will never go back to this place. This place is terrible. My six year old could have done a better pedi. He was done in less than 10 minutes. Nails were very uneven. The business was dirty and outdated. While I waited for my nails to dry, there was another male employee staring at me continuously from a back room. Very uncomfortable. I will never return.

This nail salon has really gone down hill from when they initially opened. They were "NOT" busy when I went in for a pedicure and manicure. Terrible pedicure, really rushed it! Manicure and polish was also a rush job. Terrible job with polishing! Had a male tech and I think he was in such a hurry so he could go grab a cigarette!!!!!

i walked in at 4pm and didnt leave until 6pm. I was there for a "spa pedicure" that a joke my 15 year old sister gives a better pedicure than that, not only did she not finish my pedicure, i was only in the chair for 20 minutes, the other time was waiting the girl to finish the other 5 people that came in after me. and then she tried to fight with me saying that because they had an appt they got better treatment and first priority. needless to say they will no longer have my business.
