I chose to walk in and get a pedicure, first time and loved the look of the place on the inside, took me back on how big it was compared to the outside. I had a younger girl doing my work and unfortunately she didn't do the best. She was too gentle and didn't get my cuticles especially the big toes. When it came to scrubbing the bottoms, she was very soft and wasn't really getting in there. This was the worst experience ever. I got my gel nails done on Wednesday, and by Sunday — just 3 days later — the polish started peeling off like a sticker. I’ve used the DND brand before and never had any issues because it’s long-lasting and reliable. However, this time they used a new gel polish brand that I selected from a fancy booklet, and the quality was very disappointing. I would not recommend getting your nails done with unknown gel polish brands.

I called ahead to ensure they had availability for a pedicure. Asked if I could come in at 10:30 and was told yes. Showed up at 10:25 and was told to sit, with several other people also sitting. I was put in chair and proceeded to wait another hour before anyone actually started working on my feet. I eventually learned this was the same case for the woman next to me who also called ahead to secure a pedicure. Seems like this is standard for them.
