Dropped my teen daughter off for a full set and pedicure. When she’s done I drive to pick her up and pay. I pay the bill and then give my daughter cash to give for the tip. Now, I wasn’t there so I didn’t know 2 different people did her nails. I pay, she tips, we walk out. The guy who did her pedicure runs after us and in the parking lot and yells “WHERE’S MY MONEY?!? Absolutely love this place — and I’ve tried them all. The staff is incredibly accommodating; they always find a way to fit me and my two daughters in and make sure we’re happy from start to finish. Our nails consistently last a good 3 weeks and never chip or lift. Also, their massages are the best! Highly recommend!
I came here because I had gotten an amazing French manicure here about two months ago and I wanted to get one again. I called and made an appointment a day in advance, asked for the price. They asked for what I wanted and asked if I needed tips and I said no so the person scheduling the appointment told me $55. I sit down and the girl doing my nails was going so fast and cut me.
