This is the second time I’ve gone in and been rushed. My gel manicure took a total of 20 minutes. I left with uneven polish and a chipped nail as well. Beyond disappointed, as this used to be my favorite spot.
Leo is so rude and mean. I was in pain during my pedicure and then he pressured me into tipping after being extremely rude and disrespectful during the service. Never come here
Leo is rude and aggressive. He is creepy and demanded more tip for less than acceptable service. I wouldn’t be surprised if I have a bruise on my foot tomorrow from how he grabbed my foot. Horrible service and will never returns
Their Instagram claims that hygiene is their number one priority, but it couldn’t be further from the truth. The station was filthy, the place where you put your nails for gel hardening was dirty and sticky. I did not see anyone sanitize or clean any nail products while there. First and last time visiting this location.
