I’m not sure what my nail tech’s name is but she did not do a set worth over $100. She nicked me twice and I bled. She did apologize the first time. Multiple cuticles feel sore. A nail is not even and that’s probably due to her watching something on her phone as she’s doing my nails. She didn’t check the nails to see if they were even until I looked at them and told her. My nail tech, Heather, is the best! Shes so funny and listens to my incessant yapping but doesn’t miss a beat ❤️🥰💅🏽
Diana does pretty nails but she rushes through it, Tried their pedicures 3 different times and yeah don’t go there for pedicures. My biggest issue is they will change your appointment after hours so you can’t call and put it back how it was so you’re basically stuck with being charged 40 for “last min cancelation” or whatever when THEY change time not you. They will also change techs randomly without asking! Again if I wanted someone else I’d book with them but I didn’t! I had my appointment changed 5 times in one day before... read more
