My cousin went to this salon and was treated with nothing but disrespect by the owner, Londyn. Instead of listening to what my cousin wanted, London rudely told her she should have looked at her portfolio before the appointment and made it clear she only does nails her way, and found a problem with even the simplest preferences being mentioned. I’ve been going to this nail shop for a few months now, and every visit feels like a little retreat! The shop is absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and so inviting. I absolutely love my nails they’re gelx and have lasted a long time I go to schedule a walk in and had pricing questions and now they don’t want to service me. I wish the owner the best of luck. So the fact you took the time to respond to just MY review goes to show why you’re not booked and busy. Was in town for work and found this spot walking distance from my hotel. The owner Londyn was super detailed, meticulous, and so nice! She did a great job, would recommend!
As soon as you walk in your can feel the relaxing ambiance. The salon is very clean and they clean the pedicure stations very thoroughly, I haven’t seen any other salon clean them as well as they do. Londyn the owner is very friendly and respectful she creates a relaxing environment for her guests. The work she does is amazing!
