I happened to be in town for vacation and broke my current set. Looked up nail salons near me and Londyn’s popped up! She got me in right away and provided an amazing French manicure on my natural nails and they look flawless! Not to mention she is the sweetest soul! Thank you so much for the quick appointment and recommendation on amazing food! 🫶🏼
If you’re considering booking here, I suggest avoiding the headache altogether. A true professional welcomes client questions as open communication and will happily provide clarification. That was not my experience with Londyn. Take a look not just at the reviews, but also at her responses—dismissive, defensive, and lacking accountability. I’ve had a great experience every time at Nail’d by London in Wilmington! The space is always clean, the staff is friendly and punctual, and they even offer complimentary beverages, which is such a nice touch. Lia is my go-to nail tech — she’s incredibly talented and always nails the designs I ask. I highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for quality service and a great vibe!
My cousin went to this salon and was treated with nothing but disrespect by the owner, Londyn. Instead of listening to what my cousin wanted, London rudely told her she should have looked at her portfolio before the appointment and made it clear she only does nails her way, and found a problem with even the simplest preferences being mentioned.
