Wonderful environment, service, great chairs and loved the end result of my pedicure (gel classic french tip). Will be a new regular.
The experience was good, however the outcome was less than desired. There were 4 of us and we were accommodated relatively quickly, the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, one of our party was left with jagged nails, rough cuticles, and a hair under his nail polish. For me, the nail tech was rough with the grinder and it burned quite a bit. Four of us had pedicures last Friday, and it was a wonderful experience. After trying many nail salons in the area, and trying Nail couture 3 times now, Nail Couture is definitely our favorite. They are so friendly, take their time, and do the best massages! . We never feel rushed and the polish lasts a long time. And the salon is beautiful, super clean and very peaceful. Go - you won't be disappointed!
I got acrylics done and paid $85 for the set. During the service the gentleman split my actual nail in half. He did even acknowledge it and tried to cover it with his hand like I didn't feel it or would notice. A week later my nails are already popping off. Ive NEVER had that happen.
Love this place - it’s clean and the staff is great. My nails always look great.
