I was told by the person doing my mom's pedicure that I needed lap band surgery because I am so fat. I am a full figured chick. My Mom and I were so appalled by her rudeness and shocked that we didn't respond. All I did was give her a dirty look and she actually said to my mom "What, she needs to hear it". I have never been so embarrassed in all my life. Needless to say, we will never be going back here again.
My daughter and I are both regulars. The pedicure treatments are amazing!
My husband purchased me a $100 gift card earlier in the year . I tried to use it today after misplacing it, only to find out they would not honor it. I have tried to come in several times, but the wait "only a few minutes", has turned into over 45 minutes and I've left. I will NEVER step foot in this place again and I will definitely tell everyone I know..........TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service!!!!!!!
It would be nice if they posted prices on their website....charged me $55 for a pedicure with callus remover - I live in NY and they don't even charge that much....
they did a terrible job on my toes and I asked if it looked normal and after a few minutes of pushing, they redid my big toes. no pride in the work. I will go back to my old place
