I had a last minute appointment here. Wonderful place. The staff was friendly and attentive. Andy was kind and helpful and did amazing job. Will definitely come back.

I love coming into Nail Concepts to see Andy and Young. They and their colleagues are amazing at manicures and pedicures of all kind. They build relationships with all their regulars!

I recently had a very strange pedicure experience at this salon. The woman who attended to me was extremely rough on my feet, which made the whole experience quite uncomfortable. Additionally, they didn't use any soap during the pedicure—just warm water and that was it. I'm not sure if this is a new practice or just an oversight, but it definitely wasn't what I expected. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the service.

THEY DONT CLEAN TOOLS. I didn’t even notice, but when I stopped going to this nail salon, my feet became MUCH smoother, and my skin is not infected from their tools. FIND SOMEWHERE else. I remember lady who sit by phone was waxing my Eyebrow and the Lady BURNED my skin with a WHITE POWDER because I didn’t tip. I was struggling at that time.
