I came in for a standard pedicure. The place was filthy- floors look like they hadn’t been sweeped in months. The cup holders and seat of my salon chair were sticky. During my pedicure, she didn’t trim my cuticles, clean under my nails or file my nails. She just cut my big toenails shorter and that was all. I didn’t get callus removal, hot towels or hot rocks which I have always gotten at any other pedicure place. I’ve never left a bad review before but this is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had before. My nails were rushed and lumpy. The whole process was more painful than any experience I’ve ever had before and Dolly made my nails bleed multiple times. She also did a horrible job on my basic french tips. If you want acrylics, please don’t come here. I never wish to have an experience like this ever again.

I really hate leaving bad reviews and that's the only reason this isn't rated 1 star. Dolly is really sweet and super personable, but I received the worst manicure I've ever had. I really wish it wasn't so rushed so that I had more time to exam the work. I got my natural nails powder manicured one color yesterday and they are already lifting. Again, she's really sweet and that's wonderful but I paid for a dip manicure that should last at least 4 weeks and it's been one day and they're lifting. They're also very thick, lumpy ... read more
