I give it 3 since the lady who did manicure was great!! But experience today with the hands was not good. I explained to the man tech what I needed. He said ok. Didn't say it wasn't possible with what I needed. He started to do my nails but suddenly they communed in their language with another tech who was doing another clients nails n without explanation they switched places. Bad customer service
The worst customer service ever, they are so rude when you point at something they do wrong, they charge you the extra for fixing their mistake and they yell at you to never come back
