I give it 3 since the lady who did manicure was great!! But experience today with the hands was not good. I explained to the man tech what I needed. He said ok. Didn't say it wasn't possible with what I needed. He started to do my nails but suddenly they communed in their language with another tech who was doing another clients nails n without explanation they switched places.
