I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The technician was unable to finish my nails, so instead of finding a solution or having someone else help, he removed all of the work and told me to leave. I left without my nails done and felt disrespected and embarrassed by how the situation was handled. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the customer service and professionalism were unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Waited over 40 minutes with my feet soaking in cold water, only to have 3 walk-ins come in and they were attended to right away for the same service I was waiting for (pedicure). Worst service, will not return, will not recommend. I ended up just leaving.
I can’t recommend this place enough! Great atmosphere and kind, patient artists! I chose a more complicated design and the artists that was working with me did such a great job with it, and he was very patient and understanding when I decided to switch color. They are fantastic and really take their time to make sure they get it right! I was asked my opinion of my nails after each step and I really appreciated the open communication, he made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted and they turned out perfect!
