I got a pedicure, first time going , was very happy with how it came out but the pedicure was not finished, I had to remind her to do something that pedicures usually come with and she still didnt do that properly. The pedicure I got was $30, and when I went to pay my total was $50, I was confused and asked why it was so much and she said it’s because the color I chose was GEL, mind you the ONLY color options she showed me were GEL (conveniently) and she also did not mention at all that it would be an extra $20. Do not recommend this place at all. We did not get adequate services for the over $200 we paid for. From the very beginning it was not good. Me and my friend went together to get mani/pedi/eyebrow wax. We stopped before getting all of the services completed because the experience was bad. My friend's pedicure was terrible, nails extensions separating before we even left the building. Nail technicians don’t seem to be knowledgeable or experienced in their work. Although it was 3 months ago, the work that Lana did stayed with me. It was the night before my engagement, my cousin and I tried doing my nails at home with no luck. My now fiance found this place last minute and we ran. With their availability being so late, their services being affordable and their workers, like Lana, being so skilled my engagement photos ended up beautifully. Thank you again to Lana and the salon. Hopefully in six months I can return for my wedding nails!
