New client that had a scheduled appointment, went in a few minutes before my 10am appointment, I was greeted with a hello. At 10:01 I walked out. Unprofessional communication skills. By simply saying I’ll be with you shortly could have prevented this review. Could anyone recommend a salon that respects a clients time? Jefferson/Corporate Blvd area.
I just left and my nails look great. However, the young lady that did my nails was in a rush. This was the quickest pedicure I've ever gotten. She told me my pedicure was done and before I could even put on my FLIP FLOPS, she was in another area doing another customer's nails. She saw me digging around in my purse and asked what I needed. I told her I was getting out money. She yelled that my service had already been paid for. It had because I booked it with points.
