I went originally to get my nails done. I had gel on my natural nails. They had me soak my nails for 40+ min. They then proceeded to try and scrape my nails with a cuticle tool. And I called them out on it. The ladies switched out the next did better took a drill and took off the remaining polish. But I sad I wanted red French tips they said no. And was trying to give regular polish . I said no and paid for what I did have done. My cousin who was also with me showed them a design, they said they could when they couldn’t . Sh... read more
