I had a 200. Gift certificate and used it 3xs leaving a 100. Balance. I was told it expired. . Fyi In North Carolina, gift cards cannot expire for at least five years from the date they were purchased or last loaded. Any expiration date printed on a gift card or electronic gift card is not valid in North Carolina if it is earlier than five years after purchase or reload. Furthermore, any fees cannot be charged on a gift card for one year after the purchase

I am so thankful for Julie! She made me feel so comfortable, my pedicure was so relaxing and not rushed at all, my SNS came out amazing and I can’t wait to keep coming back!

I walked in for nails for a wedding i was in, the nail tech complained the entire time how my design was hard even though it wasnt my decision and the bride chose it for me, 5 days pass and they start to pop off any way! Didn't even make it a full week. I would want a refund but its not even worth the hassle, I needed these nails and they couldn't even last well enough through the wedding as my middle finger's nail was popping off as I was getting ready. Worst 95$ spent.

Went there a week and a half ago for SNS and a pedicure. The pedicure was fantastic. But the SNS not so much. It’s was peeling off the first few days I had them. It was catching in my hair. I also wash dishes with gloves on so other then getting them wet during a shower and when washing my hands after the bathroom they shouldn’t been peeling off. Also the clear coat that’s on top is also peeling off. It was my first time there. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
