I’m pretty frustrated and confused by my experience at Nails by Pro yesterday. This was my first time here. When I walked in they asked what I wanted and I said I wanted a dip color change. I’ve had dip on my nails for a long time so I feel like I know the process pretty well but I also know that some places do it differently, so if a nail tech is doing a step I’m unfamiliar with, I try to trust the process before speaking up. Destroyed my natural nails in one visit. I repeatedly asked the guy that answers phones in the front not to file down my natural nail while taking off my gel X nails. He kept saying “ok, ok”. My nails are now thin and brittle. This is why I don’t come to nail salons and have a private tech do my nails. This salon, like many others, prioritize speed over nail health.

Their service is unmatched! Everyone is so friendly, they work very efficiently, and they have so many nail artists. I was helped immediately every time! Mary and Nina have especially made sure I love my nails! I am happy to have found this salon!

I never was a person to get regular manicure. I usually only got manicured for special occasions, until I had my nails done by Quinn. Now I am a regular monthly customer. That’s how long my dip/ombre/chrome manicure lasts. This salon is located in walking distance to my house, so it’s very convenient. I always look forward to my monthly visit!
